Apply for Funding -

The 12 Angel’s organization provides low interest loans and capital to businesses that reduce the harm addiction causes on society. We ask entrepreneurs to send us non-confidential information on their organizations. From these submissions we will select the businesses that we feel have the best opportunity for rapid growth and profitability.

We look for companies that meet ANY of the following criteria:

• Provide a significant number of jobs or increase productivity in the recovery community. We require these companies to provide proper wages and benefits to their employees.

• Have the potential to develop new products or services within the healthcare industry that prevent or treat addictive disorders.

• Are led by experienced entrepreneurs with a business that has the potential for rapid growth and a large market opportunity.

• Have 10-100 employees, annual revenues of at least $5 million, established operating histories and clear paths for growth and increased profitability.

We conduct traditional due diligence and investment analysis, including:

• Business plan and management team assessment to ascertain viability and growth potential, profitability, team dynamics, and leadership capacity.

• Site visits and industry and competitive analysis to understand market size, industry dynamics, risk profile, and potential exits.

• Investment analysis to understand deal structure, terms, investor base, and ability for the 12 Angels Investment Partners to add value.

If you would like to apply for funding please send us an executive summary as an Adobe .pdf or Microsoft Word file to info@12angels.org. We will send you an e-mail confirming our receipt of your plan. Please do not send any confidential information.

The first project successfully handled by the 12 Angels was the opening of Wonderland Center in July.

Wonderland Center is a new residential treatment center located in Laurel Canyon. The opening included two parties hosting over 350 people from the sober community.

The center is fully operational, providing residential treatment, out-patient services, sober companions, and sober living accommodations. The Wonderland Treatment team brings together the best of LA's addiction prevention professionals, and nearly all of the 12 beds available were full within the first month.
