Jon Esformes founded the Westwood Country Market in 2005.  The restaurant serves delicious California cuisine, great coffee, fresh fruits, tasty deserts and a variety of specials.  The atmosphere is a refreshing aside from the hectic pace of West Los Angeles.  Mr. Esformes concept for the restaurant was to provide fresh and healthy foods typically found in a small gourmet country market.  The restaurant is accompanied by a boutique market with wine, fresh fruit and vegetables, specialty deli and lots of other great stuff.  If you are a having a special event that requires a special menu and great service, in our humble opinion, the team at the Westwood Country Market is the best catering company in town. 
 
Jon’s restaurant provides opportunities to newly sober people to get back into the workforce.  Since the inception of the organization Jon has employed over 10 recovering individuals.  The 12 Angels chose the Westwood Country Market for our spotlight section during our hunt for a venue for our meeting.  Consistent with our theory, The Westwood Country Market is a great example of how entrepreneurship in the recovery community can provide jobs and opportunities.
