Advisement Services

The 12 Angels match entrepreneurs with experienced business professionals who volunteer their services. Our business professionals provide ongoing advice and guidance on key issues related to a company’s growth and development. They work one-on-one or in teams of 2 or 3 with one company over a 6-12 month period on a set of specific issues related to the company’s growth.

Projects typically focus on one or more of the following: financing strategy, sales and marketing strategy, operations management, human resources and financial management.Our entrepreneurs qualify for our business advisory services by meeting a set of specific requirements. Our criteria of selection include hiring a significant number of their employees from the recovery community or producing products or providing services that reduce the harm addiction causes in our society.

These entrepreneurs work one-on-one with an advisor or team of advisors to address key business development objectives. Typically we ask for a commitment of 5-10 hours a month over a 6-12 month period.
